Our water softener broke, and Friendly draining came out the same day AFTER business hours, making time out of their busy schedules to make sure we had running water to shower! They came, looked at the problem and made sure to fix it. Definitely explained lots of knowledgable information for us to know about our water softener! Even fixed our shower knob and little nicks out of their own good heart. We truly appreciate their service and efforts.
